The South Carolina Association of Countywide Elected Executives consists of members from all forty-six counties in the State of South Carolina who have been elected to a countywide office.  These offices consist of those of the Auditor, Clerk of Court, Coroner, Probate Judge, Register of Deeds, Treasurer, and Sheriff.  SCACEE is also proud to welcomes Associate and Corporate members who wish to be a part of this great organization.

SCACEE's primary mission is to preserve and defend the rights of South Carolina Citizens and to insure proper services are being provided as established by the US Constitution, SC Constitution, State Statutes and local ordinances. We believe that Countywide Elected Executives are the first and last defense of the American Citizen.  SCACEE also believes the local Countywide Elected Executives work directly for the citizens they represent and no infringement should be made to violate this right of the citizens. The ownership of each Countywide Office clearly belongs to the people.
